Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Brevio (“Brevio,” “we,” “us”), available at brevio.tech. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Brevio is a paid tool that helps you create tailored resumes and cover letters using information you provide. A purchase gives you access to a private working session with up to 3 tailored application builds, a 30-day editing window, unlimited manual edits, and unlimited PDF re-downloads.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The current price is $29 for a session. You may reopen an expired session for $9 for an additional 30 days of editing access (no new builds). All purchases are one-time. There is no subscription.

Refunds

Because Brevio delivers digital output immediately upon use of a build, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If something has gone wrong, contact us at hello@brevio.tech.

Your content

You retain all rights to the information you provide and to the resumes and cover letters generated for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply. Brevio does not invent achievements, employers, dates, or skills.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Brevio to misrepresent your background, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

We aim to keep Brevio available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer

Brevio is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about hiring outcomes, interview rates, or job placement. Your job search results depend on many factors outside the scope of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevio’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
