This Privacy Policy explains what information Brevio (“Brevio,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Resume content you provide. The information you paste, type, or upload to generate your resume and cover letter.
• Email address. Used to send you your private session link, the Free Tech Resume Kit, and transactional updates about your session.
• Payment information. Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. Page visits and aggregate analytics, used to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

• To generate your resume and cover letter from the information you provide.
• To deliver your private session link and download files.
• To send you the Free Tech Resume Kit and related job-search resources if you opt in.
• To respond to support questions you send us.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service running.

Email lists

If you sign up for the Free Tech Resume Kit, your email is added to our list managed by MailerLite so we can send you the kit and occasional related content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we use to operate Brevio (such as Stripe for payments, MailerLite for email delivery, and our hosting and AI providers used to generate your output). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Resume content tied to a session is retained while your session is active and for a reasonable period after expiry so you can reopen it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

• You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using any unsubscribe link.
• You can stop using the service at any time. There is no subscription to cancel.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
